How do I care for my cookies? ▼
The best way to care for your cookies is to eat them. But if you must wait — keep them at room temperature, never in the fridge. Microwave for 10 seconds to bring them back to fresh-baked. Freeze for up to 6 months. And order more so they have friends.
Do your cookies contain nuts or allergens? ▼
Some of our flavors contain nuts and are clearly labeled in the name. All cookies are made in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, and dairy. Check the full ingredients list on our Ingredients page if you have specific concerns.
How do I get a discount code? ▼

Your cookies ship the same day they're baked. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. We ship via standard carriers nationwide. Your tracking number arrives via email as soon as your batch leaves our kitchen.

Never refrigerate your cookies — it pulls the moisture out and leaves them dry. But the freezer? Up to 6 months. Wrap individually, freeze flat, thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes.
